ROUND UP
Fan of the winged liner? It doesn’t always have to be straight. Apply a gel liner, across your eyelid, the way you would your regular liner. Instead of flicking the ends, simply draw a circle and fill it in—the size and intensity can be modified to what suits you best. Top up with a liquid eyeliner, to add more gloss to the eye makeup. Apply copious amounts of mascara for a dramatic effect. A vampy matte lip will give your bold look an edgy touch.
GRAPHIC GRUNGE
Up your graphic game with eyeliner that goes beyond your basic cat-eye. After priming your eyes with a creamy base, create a grey smoky effect with eyeshadow or smudged kohl liner. Using a fine liquid liner, gently create small horizontal and vertical strokes on your eyelid—making sure they form a neat pattern. Line your bottom lash line with a thick layer of kohl and top it off with some black eyeshadow. Use an application brush or your fingers to smudge for a messy effect. Complete the look with nude lipstick.
