USE SUN PROTECTION

If you are constantly out in the hot sun, your skin may be prone to a suntan. It’s important to keep the sunscreen handy during hot summer months. Using a good sunscreen with minimum SPF 35 is a must. Choose your sunscreen according to your skin type—be it a gel-based, cream-based or foundation-based one. Apply it thoroughly on all the exposed areas of the body at least 15 minutes before heading out in the sun. Those who sweat a lot should use a waterproof sunscreen.

Smart tip: A weekly fruit pack or sandalwood pack is good for skin maintenance.
