Do you often set a new health and fitness goal and go after it with fierce tempo, great intentions and unwavering belief in yourself? I don’t like hot/cold mornings? Then dress in layers you can wrap around your waist! Yay!
I have small children? Awesome! Get them involved so they can watch you lead by positive and strong example!
