Davina McCall reveals why she enjoys mixing business and pleasure when it comes to her boyfriend

She’s one of the busiest women in showbiz, and it seems that even a global pandemic can’t slow down the ever-energetic Davina McCall.

With several shows – The Masked Singer, Long Lost Family and Changing Rooms – on TV, as well as her own fitness platform, Own Your Goals, you would think she’d have little time to do anything else.

But the 53-year-old – who is mum to Holly, 19, Tilly, 17, and Chester, 14 – also launched a podcast, Making the Cut, with her hairdresser boyfriend, Michael Douglas, 46 , during the nationwide lockdown.

Here, she reveals why she’s planning to continue saying ‘yes’ to everything this year…

Hi Davina! How was 2020 for you?

It was just as crazy as it was for everyone else – what a strange, strange year. On a positive note, I did get to spend a lot of time with my three kids, which was wonderful. I think we’ll all look back and cherish that time together, even if I did end up shouting at them to put their dishes in the dishwasher every now and again. They would usually just laugh at me when I got angry.
