Teaching Pilates is really important to me,’ says Lorraine, 55. ‘My aim is to inspire other women to stay as active as possible – whatever their shape or size.’
For Lorraine, most days start with a 90-minute workout class with a group of women of all ages. ‘By spending time doing Pilates together, I like to think I can empower the women I teach to have the confidence to live their lives to the full.’
