The summer season has arrived, and it’s the perfect time to go on a vacation with family and friends. Whether one chooses to vacation Into the forest, or on the beach, summer is the perfect excuse to take an off from work and set oneself free in the sparkling sunlight. However there maybe something not so good about summer and that is Dehydration. With the soaring temperatures, the body needs to adjust to the change in weather. As the body loses most of the water due to sweating, dehydration is a common issue during summer. Dehydration may sound like a simple problem, but it can damage the organs such as liver, kidneys, brain, and the heart.

Increased thirst/dry mouth
