A pinch of positivism.

Have we ever considered thinking how we predict things when proper data isn’t in hand and emotion takes full control? Isn’t it mostly that we guess ‘Ah! It is not possible’ for those events which we actually look forward to? But why? Why does being risk-averse make us more comfortable than imagining things to work out the way we want? Evidently a sense of negativism makes us very comfortable these days. But why?

Is that our past experience?

Remember, when we were kids, we always had dreams? We never thought about the fruitful results. This never caused us anxiety or ‘what if…?’ thoughts! But when we kept growing up, many of our dreams didn’t come true due to various reasons which mostly consisted of our part of mistakes. And those desires which didn’t get fulfilled mostly turned out to be the ones which didn’t turn out. But as we are all emotional creatures, logic mentioned above doesn’t take a front seat there. We always count on the feelings of disappointment generated when we saw the results expected didn’t take shape as we wanted.

Every weird behaviour is a result of fear, envy and guilt

If we peep a little inside our past, a significant pattern can be drawn of the root causes of our every strange behaviour. Every dot of that pattern will scream three words: fear, envy and guilt. These are the three emotions which made us behave unusually in past. If we can reason out the factors that are triggering such emotions within us, we can surely find some or the other way to win over or to neutralise the factors .

This will help us to be more clean from inside and positive towards our actions in worse than the worst situations. Repetition of such positive chapters in our lives will create a strong sense of positive experience that will drive our confidence to a level high automatically.
