As we moved forward to the 15th & 16th editions of Architects and Interiors India Design Debate, we first landed in the City of Temples – Guwahati, Assam.
Nestled between the scenic views of the mountains and the cosy lanes of the town, this address depicts art and culture, making it the most suitable spot for a gathering that exudes talent and elegance.
Design Debate is a phenomenal initiative, serving as a knowledge-sharing platform by gathering some of the leading professionals of the design industry, and allowing them to express their views and ideas over a given theme. And this time, it was Aesthetics Vs Economics.
Introducing the theme of the season, Mr Indrajeet Saoji, Group Publishing Director of the ITP Media Group, commenced the event, welcoming our esteemed guests and panellists with his kind words.
This was followed by a short brief by Mr Mohit Hajela - Group Head, Business Development, Jaquar Group, about this homegrown Indian multinational brand for bath and fittings, with its representation partners in 70+ nations along with the introduction of its new vertical – Jaquar Lighting, that has undertaken many architectural and façade projects in the recent times.
