BMW Motorrad has launched its touring range in India. The four motorcycles in the range, the R 1250 RT, K 1600 Bagger, K 1600 GTL, and K 1600 Grand America, are meant for trans-continental rides. In fact, this updated touring range is hailed internationally for engine performance, road manners, outstanding ride comfort, and exclusive features that promise excellent touring abilities. The R 1250 RT propelled by the legendary 1,254cc boxer twin with BMW ShiftCam technology churns out 136PS and 143Nm, while the K 1600 mammoths are powered by an inline six-cylinder engine churning out 160PS and a mind-numbing 180Nm.

Other bits include Dynamic ESA, engine drag control, a new 10.25-inch TFT display with integrated navigation, and fancy audio systems to make sure you can enjoy your favourite music as you traverse country after country on two wheels. BMW Motorrad India is offering a three-year and unlimited kilometres warranty as standard, extendable up to five years at an additional cost. The R 1250 GT has been priced at ₹23.95 lakh ex-showroom, while the K 1600 Bagger retails at ₹29.90 lakh, the K 1600 GTL at ₹32 lakh, and K 1600 Grand America at ₹33 lakh ex-showroom.
