BULL AND STALLION

It is quite a rare occurrence for an F1 car launch event to be overshadowed by something even greater, but that's exactly what happened at the launch of the Oracle Red Bull Racing RB19. While the livery and the car itself are pretty similar to last year's challenger, the big announcement is American automotive titan Ford confirming its return to Formula One from 2026 onwards, partnering with Oracle Red Bull Racing. To many, this may seem like a brand new partnership, but it is quite the story of things coming full circle as Red Bull is the very same team that bought out Ford's factory outfit at the end of 2004 and are the team we know today. Not only that, Red Bull and Ford have had quite the intertwined history in the world of Formula One.
