This scenario was something that plenty of folks including us at TURBOCHARGED didn’t think we’d witness in our lifetimes, but that inevitability is slowly but surely upon us. We’re talking about the end of internal combustion engine cars in its entirety. Why, do you ask? Well, for starters, an ICE car gains its power source through a variety of fossil fuels like petrol and diesel which is sprayed into a cylinder, compressed, and then ignited with a spark. The explosion that occurs helps create thrust which is transferred through a variety of components before it reaches the wheels. Unfortunately, they’re not an unlimited source of energy and the emissions that come out of these cars are a contributing factor to air pollution across the planet. This has, in recent years, been a point of concern for nations who have been working to tackle such pollution levels.
