OVER THE YEARS, OUR UNDERSTANDING OF FITNESS AND WELLNESS HAS EVOLVED, WITH ENOUGH STUDIES HAVING PROVED THAT BEING HEALTHY IS A COMBINATION OF EXERCISE, DIET, REST AND BALANCING EVERYTHING IN THE RIGHT MANNER. THE IMPORTANCE OF MENTAL HEALTH HAS LED TO THE INCREASING AWARENESS AROUND PRACTICING MEDITATION AND DIFFERENT MODES OF SPIRITUALITY, AS PUMPING IRON IN THE GYM ISN'T GOING TO SOLVE YOUR RELATIONSHIP PROBLEM OR OTHER CHALLENGES LIFE THROWS YOUR WAY. THAT IS WHERE KNOWLEDGE OF OVERALL WELLNESS AND LIFE COMES IN, WHICH HELPS US IN FACING THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF OBSTACLES AND BEING HEALTHY IN MIND, BODY AND SOUL. WHEN INGREDIENTS SUCH AS EXERCISE, DIET, MEDITATION AND LEARNING COME TOGETHER, THAT IS WHEN WE BEGIN TO GROW.

In this crowd of muscle-bound actors, one name that stands out is Kunal Kapoor, distinctly because of his cool dressing sense, due to which he is regularly part of lists that name him as one of the most stylish men in the country.

Making his debut opposite Tabu in Meenaxi: A Tale of Three Cities (2004) directed by painter MF Hussain, his next film went on to gain cult status. Starring beside Aamir Khan in Rang De Basanti (2006), it is one project that he shall always be associated with.
