Ford has a mandate to ensure that, no matter where a Ranger is assembled in the world, it is of the same high quality. From Thailand to the US, each Ford production facility (including the Silverton Assembly Plant) bears the same characteristics as all of the others, we were told.
HUGE CAPACITY
At current capacity, the plant puts out a whopping 704 Rangers a day. Maximum capacity is 720.
