It was an evening of wonderful conversations and exciting victories. The Northern Edition of the Hotelier India GM Summit & ESG Awards 2024, powered by Havells, held at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, was a grand success.
Adding to the distinguished property of the GM Summit, Hotelier India introduced the 'ESG Excellence Awards', an awards event to celebrate the successes of ESG activities of hotels. Sustainability is a crucial and pressing issue in hospitality today. And ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) provides standards that companies can measure and benchmark themselves.
General Managers from across Nouth India and industry professionals assembled to not only brainstorm, ideate and shape the future of the industry at the GM Summit but also to applaud the ESG leaders in their fraternity.
The evening, kick-started by warm welcome address by Bibhor Srivastava - Managing Director, Events, ITP Media India, was hosted by Sheetal Sadana, Commercial Director, Hotelier India.
This was followed by an insightful industry address by Sumant Bhatia, General Manager (Head of Automation Business), Havells.
