Nearly 30 years ago, when Christian Drapeau first shared his hypothesis that stem cells are the body's repair system, and plant extracts can stimulate your stem cells, most of the medical community thought he was nuts. But Drapeau stayed the course and discovered existing, long overlooked scientific studies that supported his hunch. "A voice kept telling me, 'Stick with it. It's just a matter of time," he recalls. Eventually, the world caught up. Stemregen, the company Drapeau founded in 2016 to pioneer a plant-based approach to supporting stem cell function and cellular regeneration, after decades of studying the impact of plant extracts on stem cell stimulation, is a 2024 Inc. 5000 honoree.
