“I was a manager of reception halls,” Mike recalls of his days working wedding venues. “I had managed up to five reception halls, and then COVID hit and everything shut down.” Mike knew he had to make a change, and that change took the shape of real estate.
“I threw myself in,” he adds, “took the courses … and here we are.” With a career span just shy of three years, Mike is already closing an average of 20 properties a year, and has closed 18 properties so far in 2023, carving an impressive niche for himself under the Royal LePage du Quartier banner. He primarily serves the east and north sides of Montreal, although Mike admits, “I pretty much go everywhere.”
What sets Mike apart from his peers is his unwavering commitment to customer service. Having experienced the stress of weddings firsthand during his time managing reception halls, he understands the importance of easing clients through the equally daunting process of buying a home.
“Customer service is the most important thing in a situation like this,” he asserts. “A wedding is a very stressful moment for people, and buying a house is also very stressful. I’m here to ease my clients through that transition.”
