COLD SESAME MAZEMEN  

Serves 4

1. In a skillet, heat oil over high. Add pork; cook 3 min. Add mushrooms and pepper; cook 2 min. Add next 4 ingredients; cook 2 min. Place in a bowl.

2. Fill a large bowl with cold water and ice cubes. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain in a colander, then plunge into ice bath. Drain.
