MACROBIOTIC BOWL
Serves 3

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment. Spread chickpeas on 1; drizzle with 1 tbsp. oil. Spread sweet potato and onion on other; drizzle with 2 tbsp. oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with spices; bake 30 min.

2. Place kale in a bowl; drizzle with remaining oil. Massage 1 min.
