Simply Delicious WEEKNIGHT MEALS

Trying out a new recipe, especially on a day when you have limited time and energy to get it right, can be a scary experience. What if it takes longer than it claims to, or you simply don't like the finished product? This is a worry that cookbook author Nagi Maehashi understands well. "Recipes that don't work are a pet peeve of mine," says Maehashi. "I hate wasting time, I hate wasting money, and I hate wasting food." That's why in writing her new book, RecipeTin Eats Dinner, every recipe was obsessively and repeatedly tested to ensure it turns out perfectly delicious every single time and the result is easy-to-make suppers you'll want to eat again and again. Try one of these tonight!
