The 79-year-old Hot Legs crooner recently confessed, “I’m aware my days are numbered” and spies dish the thrice-wed Romeo’s morbid attitude isn’t scoring any bedroom points with his much younger wife, former model Penny Lancaster, 53.

“He’s not the big stud he once was and has to pace himself,” blabs a source. “He tires out easily and it’s a bummer for him and Penny too.”
