BEEFCAKE OR BULLSPLIT?

EVER wonder how buffed-up movie musclemen like Chris Hemsworth, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Chris Pratt and Hugh Jackman suddenly got oodles of muscles for their roles as comic book heroes? Well, wonder no more.

West Hollywood’s board-certified plastic surgeon to the stars Dr. Gary Motykie — a former bodybuilder — is in full flex revealing the bruisers he believes to be Grade A all-natural beefcake, who achieved physical perfection with diet and exercise … and the dudes he suspects had help from the wonders of modern chemistry, including legal anabolic prescription steroids such as testosterone, growth hormones and peptides.

DWAYNE “The Rock” JOHNSON

6-foot-5, 260 lbs.

The former college football player and pro wrestler, who starred in The Scorpion King and other adventure flicks, admits he took steroids as a teen and more recently used testosterone replacement. Says Dr. Motykie, “It is pretty obvious he is doing something — particularly at his age (51) to have that amount of muscle. He is probably on a mixture of testosterone replacement therapy rather than steroid supplementation.”

HENRY CAVILL

6-foot-1, 190 lbs.

His massive muscles for Superman and The Witcher are all gym, insists Henry, who says his trainer would have refused to work with him if he’d taken steroids or human growth hormone. But Dr. Motykie believes “he has probably done a little bit [testosterone] based on his age at 40. The upper body mass is just a little suspicious to me for testosterone — but not as much as the other guys.”
