Sources squeal the Kardashian clan's momager had fans gawking at her swollen hands while out to dinner in Paris with her 43-year-old toyboy, Corey Gamble, ahead of the glitzy, celeb-studded fashion week.
"She clearly has inflammation in her hands," dishes an insider. "They're so swollen and knobby and red looking, and it must be painful for her."
