FUGITIVE moneyman James Arthur McDonald Jr. a former CNBC financial guru who's accused of defrauding business investors out of millions - was collared by the FBI after nearly three years on the lam, lawmen say.
According to the Department of Justice, the talking head was busted in Washington state and will be shipped to California to stand trial.
