AN OHIO hospital shamefully tried to cover up a fatal operating room error by propping up a dead gal in her hospital bed so her family would be fooled into thinking she was still alive following the surgery, outraged relatives charge in a shocking lawsuit!

Then, adding insult to injury, the family claims they were urged to pull the plug on Sheila Sue Trimble — even though she’d already died two hours before during the bungled procedure!

In court papers, Sheila’s relatives insist the 65-year-old entered the Adena Health in Chillicothe, Ohio, “in good health” for a routine heart catheterization.
