PRINCE HARRY'S upcoming memoir, Spare, is perfectly titled, but probably not for the reason he intended.
HARRY WINS NAME GAME FOR WRONG REASONS!

According to Merriam-Webster's dictionary, spare's No. 1 definition is something "not being used, especially: held for emergency use," and No. 2 is something that's "over and above what is needed: superfluous." Both, of course, fit Harry, who, as the second royal son, is a reserve in case something happens to his older brother, William, the heir to the throne and future king.

Certainly, Harry grew up knowing he was a spare tire.
