Ironically, insiders dish the 79-year-old Oscar winner has not neglected his mug when it comes to fixes and showed off a freshened puss while promoting his latest flick in France earlier this year.
But his neck was noticeably saggy and according to an insider, he's now looking for ways to tighten it up.
