MOBSTER'S THREAT TO MURDER SCARED CRYBABY SINATRA

FRANK SINATRA liked to play tough by hanging with Mafia goons, but when Ol’ Blue Eyes got too close to one mob a jealous rival gang decided to rub out the singer and had him in tears pleading for his life.

That’s one of the bombshell revelations in the new book Mafia Takedown by former FBI mob-buster Mike Campi, a leader in the bureau’s war on organized crime.

Campi got the story of terrified Sinatra’s close call with death from George Barone, a former hitman for the Genovese crime family who died at 86 in 2011. Barone was ordered to off the singer.
