The love rat, first-term Republican Rep. Richard McCormick, 55, blindsided his doctor wife, Debra Miller, in early May by moving to dissolve their 12-year marriage and abandoning their SEVEN children.
Sources say the shocking legal action comes on the heels of rampant speculation that McCormick — a former Navy and Marines pilot and emergency room physician — has been hooking up with GOP Rep. Beth Van Duyne, a divorced mother of two and self-professed Christian.
