TITANTIC SUB FAILED SAFETY INSPECTIONS

THE mini-sub Titan was a floating death trap — flunking repeated structural tests — before imploding and killing all five passengers onboard during a tourist dive to the Titanic wreck resting more than two miles deep on the ocean floor! 

Experts reveal the tiny vessel’s carbon fiber-titanium-composite hull had to be rebuilt in 2020 after tests showed “cyclic fatigue” only two years after tour operator OceanGate’s director of marine operations, David Lochridge, was fired for complaining about “a lack of non-destructive testing performed on the hull of the Titan.”
