Brad's FRESH START

After selling his former marital home, Brad Pitt focuses on a future alongside Ines de Ramon!
Brad's FRESH START

Call it a mansion swap. Brad Pitt sold his sprawling LA compound to oil heiress Aileen Getty for a staggering $33 million and then bought her nearby $5.5 million home. Known as "The Steel House," Brad's new pad is a glass mid-century gem that no doubt appealed to the architecture buff, 59, but with just three bedrooms and a smidge over 2,000 square feet, it's certainly a downsize from his previous estate, which boasted five separate buildings (totaling 15,600 square feet of living space) on two acres, as well as two swimming pools, multiple gardens and a skate park.

All the extra luxuries made more sense when the Bullet Train star was living there with ex-wife Angelina Jolie, 47, and their six kids: Maddox, 21, Pax, 19, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 16, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 14. But now he's finally moving on with girlfriend Ines de Ramon and a pared-down love nest was in order. "Brad is excited to be starting fresh," says an insider. "He'd barely been staying in his former home because there was so much bad history there. It was the home he shared with Angelina, and he’d had it completely renovated for the children and their passions and hobbies. He is ready to create new memories in a new place with Ines.”
