Pop queen Miley Cyrus’ 62-year-old dad is seeking an annulment of his seven-month marriage to the 37-year-old Australian singer, whose real name is Johanna Rosie Hodges. In court documents, Billy Ray alleges he “gave consent to marriage based on fraud.”
If an annulment isn’t granted, Cyrus will reportedly seek a divorce. He was previously married to Tish Cyrus for 28 years before their split in 2022.
