She’s threatening to make prenup public while paying lawyers on Kev’s credit card!

THE bombshell divorce between Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner is getting ugly fast — sources say she’s infuriating him by threatening to release details of their secret prenup and also by using his money to fund her legal team!

After shelling out a whopping $80 million splitting from previous wife Cindy, the Yellowstone star, 68, drew up a prenup with Christine, 49, before their 2004 wedding that’s written “with the strongest wording possible,” says a source.

“Kevin wanted an ironclad agreement that gives Christine a relatively small settlement while protecting his various assets. But he knows in the court of public opinion, this prenup could make him look like a controlling cheapskate.”
