PETE'S PALS PLAN SOS INTERVENTION

VOLATILE Pete Davidson’s off-the-rails behavior — including abruptly canceling shows and an onset meltdown — have his pals plotting an emergency intervention, say sources.

The long-troubled former Saturday Night Live star, 30, disappointed fans when he suddenly called off several stand-up shows at the last minute last month, including a gig at New York’s famed Beacon Theatre, where sources say the Staten Island native wanted to crush it in front of a hometown crowd! 

“That’s the LAST show anybody thought he would blow off,” declares an insider. “A gig in New York is really important to him!” 

The cancellations follow Pete’s recent tantrum on the set of his upcoming film Riff Raff, in front of stunned co-stars including Dustin Hoffman, Jennifer Coolidge and Ed Harris.
