In a devastating civil trial ruling, Judge Arthur Engoron found Trump's sprawling real estate portfolio was built on lies as he massively inflated the value of his assets and undervalued them too - to obtain better terms on loans and insurance.
"That is a fantasy world, not the real world," fumed Engoron.
His ruling has been called a corporate death penalty by business experts, who reveal the Trump Organization's corporate licenses will be revoked in New York, preventing the 77-year-old real estate tycoon from doing business in the Empire State.
