Coleen Rooney appeared happy and healthy as she let her hair down in Ibiza last week. As our exclusive pictures show, Coleen, 36, looked incredible in a black bikini as she partied on board a lavish yacht with her husband Wayne and pals. We can reveal she pulled out all the stops to prepare for the sun-soaked trip.
Coleen’s local gym in Liverpool, Rise Fitness Studios, told us she enjoys a mixture of exercises, including spinning, HIIT, yoga and Pilates. “We have four different classes located across two studios which are Ride (spin class), Trilogy (HIIT class with a combination of running, boxing and weights), hot yoga and Reformer Pilates,” they explained.
“Coleen mixes it up and attends the various types of classes.”
