Jacqueline Jossa sent pulses racing online when she uploaded a series of sizzling swimsuit snaps recently from her own range with In The Style.
As the 31-year-old showed off her toned figure, her self esteem appeared at an all-time high. But this wasn't always the case for the EastEnders actress as, just two years ago, ahead of a photoshoot with the same clothing brand, she admitted that she was "terrified" to get in front of the camera.
These days, however, her confidence seems to have done a U-turn and, according to a source, the actress is enjoying sharing her journey with fans, as she learns to love her body.
"Jac is feeling really good about herself and she deserves to, as she didn't for a long time," the source said. "She's feeling very body confident and is proud of her hard work. She wants to show it off."
Earlier this year, the star opened up about her new gym routine and healthy diet during a question-and-answer session with fans on Instagram.
Asked if she's been on a specific fitness journey, she said, "I really have, I will have a talk at some point but nothing drastic or too huge, just been moving so much more, trying to train three times a week, sometimes more and sometimes less, and eat well."
