It seems that Denise Van Outen is loving the single life after having more than her fair share of heartbreak in recent years.
Last November, the actress, singer and presenter, who turns 50 later this month, announced she’d split from her most recent boyfriend, Jimmy Barba, after a year and a half of dating.
Following the split, it was reported Denise had been “struggling to trust again” after her previous boyfriend, Eddie Boxshall, was unfaithful. And since then, Denise’s friends are said to have encouraged her to remain single for a while, as she’s gone through two break-ups in less than two years.
Well, it seems Denise has opted to take her friends’ advice, and a source has told new that she’s happily single and truly enjoying life as she prepares to celebrate her birthday on 27 May.
“Denise is really busy at the moment – living her best life and enjoying work,” the source claimed. “Also, every relationship she has – with family and friends – is healthy and happy. She’s in a great place and she’s got her big birthday coming up and loads of reasons to celebrate.”
