'Gym puts Lauren in a good place

A year after the tragic loss of her baby daughter, the reality star is finding strength through fitness, a source tells new

She has had a difficult year full of heartbreak and devastation, but last week Lauren Goodger, 36, proved that she is finally able to put herself first and is feeling stronger than ever.

As our exclusive pictures show, Lauren – whose second baby Lorena died just after she was born last July – is determined to get fit after the grief of losing her daughter made her so anxious she struggled to leave the house.

Dressed in black leggings and a tight pink exercise top, Lauren – who is also mum to Larose, two – hit her local park in Essex last week and was pictured as she did push-ups, squats and stretches.

According to our source, the star – who has split from Larose and Lorena’s dad Charles Drury – has got her “exercise mojo back” after a year of intense stress left her unable to eat at one point.
