Charlotte Dawson is a self-confessed good-time girl, who doesn't take life too seriously. But the events that have unfolded in her life of late would have shaken even the most positive of people.
In 2022, Charlotte revealed she had suffered a miscarriage, and while she and her fiancé Matt Sarsfield fortunately went on to have baby son Jude, now seven months - a brother to son Noah, three-it's not been plain sailing.
Jude has suffered from breathing difficulties that have seen him admitted to hospital twice, and Matt, 32, has also dealt with his own health woes, after botched laser treatment for kidney stones left him in agony.
They've also found themselves the victim of online trolls for the past two years who maliciously reported the pair to social services and the NSPCC after being accused of mistreating and abusing their sons. It's something they are still trying to recover from, and they are working with the police and social services to investigate.
Despite this, the former Ex On The Beach and Celebs Go Dating star, 31, is warm, friendly and open on our call, as she tells us how her family are putting the tough times behind them and concentrating on the future with their two beautiful boys...
Hi, Charlotte! You've certainly been on a rocky road for a while. How are you?
It's been a tough time, yes. I'm just so glad Jude's OK, as his health scares have been awful.
Has he made a full recovery?
