Joe wants to work On his diet this year
Since he star-jumped into our lives on Instagram as The Body Coach, Joe Wicks has become a firm favourite to turn to when we need a bit of inspiration for getting fit and healthy.
The London-born personal trainer has literally gone from training clients in his local park to becoming one of the most influential fitness advocates in the country.
But it's not just his career that has taken off - Joe, 37, is also loving life as a dad. The star and his wife Rosie, 31, are parents to Indie, four, Marley, three, and also welcomed daughter Leni last September.
As we caught up with Joe on a chilly January morning, he told us that he's on a never-ending journey of learning how to be a better parent, especially when it comes to mental health.

Hi, Joe! How are you finding being a dad-of-three?
Leni is such a cute little baby! She's just been really easy - she loves a cuddle but likes being put down too. She's been a nice addition to the family and it hasn't been too stressful. Rosie and I take turns with the school run. When you've got three kids, it's all about teamwork.
