The countdown is on until reality star Vicky Pattison ties the knot with her fiancé, Ercan Ramadan. The 36-year-old will get hitched this summer in Italy, and wedding planning is well underway.
Vicky, who got engaged to former TOWIE star Ercan, 30, in February 2022, after two failed engagements to ex-partners, reveals she’ll actually be getting married twice. As well as a gorgeous wedding in Italy, with 150 guests attending, she’ll be legally tying the knot beforehand in the chic venue of Marylebone Town Hall in London, surrounded by 100 of her nearest and dearest.
The extra nuptials means her wedding dress total comes in at a whopping four gowns, as she says she’s embracing the “too glam to give a damn” trend.
Here, Vicky talks us through her fabulous plans, feeling the pressure, and why now is the right time to get married...
Hi Vicky. You have a wedding planner, but is pulling the event together still stressful?
Last year was lovely because we kept just saying, “We’ll get married next year,” and there was something about that time frame that was a security blanket and made us feel like we had plenty of time. All of a sudden, we’re getting married this year, and that chilled, relaxed, loads-of-time feeling has completely gone out the window. Now we’re feeling the pressure. But I know that’s super normal and we’ve got a very competent planner, who has done huge weddings for various footballers, celebrities and billionaires, so I feel confident about mine.
