Fresh from her second win in court against Rebekah Vardy, Coleen Rooney is thought to have signed up for this year's I'm A Celebrity. And she's rumoured to have secured the biggest deal in the show's history, with a whopping fee of more than £1.5 million.
By going into the jungle, Coleen - who two years ago won the high-profile Wagatha Christie libel case filed against her by Rebekah - would be following in the footsteps of her nemesis, who took part in I'm A Celeb in 2017 and was the fourth campmate to be eliminated.
Last week, Coleen and Rebekah's courtroom drama was back in the limelight again, when Rebekah was ordered to pay Coleen a further £100,000 following their legal battle.
While Liverpudlian native Coleen, who is married to former England football star Wayne Rooney, is no stranger to the public eye, chatting around the campfire and taking part in Bushtucker trials on national TV could create some real bombshell moments and reveal a side to the 38-year-old mum-of-four we've never seen before.
According to a source, ITV bosses have been "desperate" to bag Coleen for the show, which is filmed in Australia, for but so a long time far she's always turned it down.
"They've wanted her in the jungle for over 20 years, but she's never been interested," they said. "When she was young she wasn't confident enough to do something like that.
Then, after she had kids, she couldn't bear the thought of leaving them - and Wayne." Our source claimed that now the boys Kai, 14, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and Cass, six - are older, Coleen feels the time is right to do "something just for her".
