Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are expecting a second child via surrogate, it was confirmed last week. The reality star, 38, and the basketball player, 31, have had an on/off relationship since 2016 and already share a four-year-old daughter True.
A representative for Khloé announced the news, saying, "We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family."
It comes after the couple officially split earlier this year following the revelation that NBA star Tristan had fathered a child with fitness model Maralee Nichols while they were together. This was something that he initially denied, until a paternity test exposed the truth.
It's thought that Khloé and Tristan have not reconciled for the sake of the new arrival and relationship expert and best-selling author Marisa Peer claims Khloé's "hardwired" behaviour is directing her to create her own "fairy tale".
Maralee, 31, is said to have conceived their son on Tristan's 30th birthday in March last year, just hours after he professed his love for Khloé on her Instagram. It's believed he still hasn't met his now seven-month-old son, Theo.
