'Our kids must come first'

Christine McGuinness reveals her concern as her ex-husband Paddy looks set to leave the family home after two years of co-parenting under the same roof

When Christine and Paddy McGuiness split in 2022, the former beauty queen's world came crashing down around her. Although the end to their relationship was said to be amicable, Christine was left heartbroken and now, with the looming worry of Paddy finally leaving the family home, these feelings are set to resurface.

Despite calling time on their relationship, the pair - who share nine-year-old twins Penelope and Leo and daughter Felicity, seven-decided to co-parent under the same roof in their family home in Cheshire.

But earlier this month, Christine, 35, hinted that 2024 could be the year that Paddy, 50, finally starts afresh in his own pad. And she has mixed feelings about it.

"I am worried about when it comes to that time of us living in separate houses," Christine said. "It will happen one day." Now, according to a source, after living together for almost 15 years, the idea of him not being there keeps "playing on her mind".
