Stars including Ferne McCann and Lindsay Lohan are keeping it real when it comes to their post-baby figures

A host of new mums have been praised by fans for sharing “honest” and “real” pictures of their gorgeous postpartum bodies. Reality star Ferne McCann –who welcomed daughter Finty with her fiancé Lorri Haines last month – posted a snap of her postpartum physique on her fitness Instagram page.

The 33-year-old, who is also mum to Sunday, five, told fans she’s feeling “confident and comfortable” and wants to inspire others to feel the same.

“Finty’s arrival has left me in awe of my body all over again. I carried the flame and birthed the fire,” the former TOWIE star said.

“People have so much to say about other people’s choices with THEIR bodies. This is what MY BODY looks like post-birth. I know some people will likely say I look great or I don’t need to put pressure on myself. Let me be clear – I’m not.”

She added, “However, I’m ready to feel more confident and comfortable in MY own skin and I want to inspire other women to feel the same.

“I won’t be exercising until I’ve been given the all clear after my six-week check but I can still lose weight and have energy and prioritise my wellbeing.”

Another star who is “so proud” of her post-baby body is actress Lindsay Lohan, 37, who recently shared a pic of herself on Instagram showing off her tummy in a crop top and grey shorts.
