Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo tied the knot in a lavish ceremony surrounded by family, friends and a number of their former Made In Chelsea castmates in one of the most star-studded weddings of the year.
Now they’re ready to move onto the next stage and start a family together – and they fancy having an enormous brood.
“All of Jamie’s friends have babies so they’re all like, ‘So when are you starting?’” Sophie, 29, tells OK! over Zoom from the London home she shares with Jamie, 34. “I’m like [to Jamie], ‘So when are we starting?’”
The pair, who began dating on the hit E4 show back in 2019, are fresh off the plane from their Panama honeymoon, and ready to start expanding the Laing clan. “If we can be honest about it, Sophie is like, ‘Right, we should get going,’” Jamie grins.
And it doesn’t sound as if they’ll be stopping any time soon, with Sophie joking that they’d like their kid count to hit double digits. “Twenty – we don’t know,” she says, with Jamie adding, “I think having a family would be the most amazing thing in the world. I saw someone say that the best thing that’s ever happened in his life is being called a dad.”
The charismatic couple are promoting series two of Discovery+ show 90 Day Fiancé UK – which is fitting as they’re still clearly in their honeymoon period. In fact, Sophie admits that she still swoons when working out with Jamie each morning.
