AIl of the film industry's big names were out for the 2024 Governors Awards held at the Ray Dolby Ballroom at Ovation Hollywood on November 17. This is the first major event in the lead-up to the 2025 Oscars, so the guest list included movie stars galore. This year's Academy Award hopefuls and other celebrities there to support them stepped out in glamorous attire.Gladiator II star Paul Mescal, looking sharp in a black suit with a lace-up V-neck shirt underneath, might be hoping for a nod for his performance in the sequel, repeating the acclaim Russell Crowe received when he starred in the original film.Angelina Jolie attended the awards with her son Knox, who hasn't been seen at a public event with his mother for three years. The 16-year-old looks strikingly similar to both Jolie and his father, Brad Pitt, matching his mum's smoulder as they stood arm in arm.Meanwhile, a pregnant Jennifer Lawrence was absolutely radiant, stealing the show in a brown Bottega Veneta gown with gold embellishments. The form-fitting dress hugged her growing baby bump.
