<p>In a rose-petal-strewn backyard in Malibu, California, Miley Cyrus wore an off-the-shoulder, ice-blue gown and stood by her mum Tish Cyrus, 56, as she exchanged vows with&nbsp;Australian actor Dominic Purcell, 53. The intimate August 19 ceremony came four months after Purcell, best known for his role on TV&rsquo;s <em>Prison Break</em>, popped the question, and just over a year after Tish filed for divorce from ex-husband Billy Ray Cyrus for a third time.</p>

<p>During their marriage, Tish and Billy Ray welcomed Miley, 30, Noah, 23, and Braison, 29, and Billy Ray adopted Tish&rsquo;s children Trace, 34, and Brandi, 36, from a previous marriage. Braison and Noah were notably absent from their mother&rsquo;s wedding to Purcell (who shares four kids with ex-wife Rebecca Williamson), instead sharing Instagram Stories of themselves spending the day together at Walmart in Los Angeles.</p>
