A drunk and belligerent Brad, she claims, "choked one of the children and struck another in the face," "grabbed [Angelina] by the head and shook her," and poured wine and beer over the whole family. "It makes Brad look awful," a source of the filing, which is part of their legal battle over Brad's Château Miraval winery. "This could destroy him, which seems to be her goal. Until now, fans have mostly taken his side."
