A Republic Day to Remember

Thinking it through, Shersingh realised, "We may live in the forest, but we're proud residents of independent India. We have every right to celebrate this national festival in our way." With that in mind, he decided to host a Republic Day celebration in Champakvan.

Shersingh appointed Jumbo elephant as the Parade Marshal and instructed him to start the preparations.

The news of this unique event spread like wildfire, filling the forest with excitement.

Jumbo joyfully trumpeted the news to all the animals, "Dear residents of Champakvan, we shall celebrate this Republic Day grandly! Alongside other festivities, we will showcase our unique talents in a magnificent parade. Prepare yourselves accordingly for a day filled with talent, laughter and food!"

All the forest inhabitants, big and small, winged and furred, were thrilled at the opportunity to display their unique talents in the parade.

However, Jumbo had concerns about the parade. He feared that Champakvan's first Republic Day celebration might not be that grand, due to a lack of talent. Seeking advice, he went to Takat Khan tiger.

Listening attentively, Takat Khan reassured him, "Jumbo, self-confidence is very important. If our forest animals have decided to participate, trust me, they will deliver. We must believe in them.
